- Under Article VIII, in addition to filing fees, the applicant shall be responsible for any accrued expenses over and above said fee which is allowable by Pa. Municipalities Planning Code. Any other expenses may be assessed to the applicant in agreement with Carroll Township.
- The applicant shall pay all fees to Carroll Township prior to the recording of any sub-division or land development with the Perry County Register and Recorder.
A. As provided for by Section 503(1) Pa. Municipalities Planning Code and Article VIII of chapter 120 of the Code of the Township of Carroll, (including but not limited to Township Engineer or professional consultant fees).
