Softball Field Use

Hello this is Mark Thompson – Vice President of Shermans Dale softball. I am requesting the use of Field B at Burn Hill for my travel softball team (Nita Rumble 12u). This would be one time use for June 5th and we do not need anything else in the park, just the field for the evening 6pm to 8pm.

The rec softball season is over at that point and I have confirmed with the rec head coach that he is not practicing that day.

I don’t see an option to attach a copy of our insurance certificate but I am happy to provide that.  It is still the same cert that I provided in the fall when we requested use of the field.
